A geometer, a healer, a mother.
Himangii Dholakiaa is an Astro Vastu consultant, yantra artist and Reiki Master based in Mumbai. Her work brings together three things she loves: the wisdom of Vastu, the precision of sacred geometry, and the gentle energy of healing.
She came to geometry in 2020 and never looked back, studying traditional geometric arts and learning yantra painting by hand under her teacher, Sushma Johari Madan. Every yantra she paints still begins the way she was taught: with a compass, a ruler and a quiet mind.
Her consultations are warm, practical and free of fear. The aim is never to overhaul your life, only to bring your space and your energy back into balance.

Taught by hand, in a living tradition.
Himangii learned yantra painting from Sushma Johari Madan, an artist trained from a young age within the Johari family of yantra artists. Sushma is the sister of the late Harish Johari, whose teaching brought traditional yantra painting to students around the world.
Many of the yantras on this site carry the simple credit Himangii gives in her own captions: "as taught by my beloved teacher."

Geometry finds her
Her first geometric pattern, in April 2020, was inspired by her favourite champa flowers and the Flower of Life.

Traditional geometric arts
Begins formal study with The Art of Islamic Pattern and The School of Traditional Arts, learning ruler-and-compass patterns from Cairo, Damascus, Fez and the Alhambra.

Yantra painting
Begins learning yantra painting under Sushma Johari Madan, of the Johari family of yantra artists.
2021
First commissions
Paints her first commissioned yantras, and begins offering energised prints.
2022
Teaching Vastu
Leads a workshop on Vastushastra at Kathiwada City House, Mumbai.
2026
Online workshops
Teaches online yantra workshops, including the Gayatri Yantra and the Kuber Yantra for Dhanteras.

A proud mother, Himangii brings the same warmth and patience to her clients that she brings home.
Clay & craft
A keen potter, she learns at I Got Fired! in Mumbai, and has visited the generational potters of Dharavi's Kumbharwada.
Spiritual travel
From the Golden Temple in Amritsar to the Findhorn ecovillage in Scotland and the Maha Kumbh, she finds sacred geometry wherever she goes.
